I was lucky enough for Brian to take me out fly fishing for the first time! I soon learnt that this style of fishing has more technique and skill required than I originally thought as a mere spectator.
Brian’s expertise with fly patterns, casting and trout amongst other things along with his patience with me, a total novice to fly fishing and a massive chatterbox, made my fishing trip one to remember. It felt tailored to suit my experience and confidence levels and Brian’s intricate knowledge of the waters was completely insightful and opened up a new world for me. I have been Fly Fishing with Brian now for just over a year on a regular basis and have learnt so much and gained a lot of knowledge about Fly Fishing , he is a fantastic Fly Fishing Guide who I look forward to going fishing with every time. He is very encouraging and teaches you so much , and is always very patient ! His knowledge is vast and is a great teacher . He also has a wicked sense of humour and myself being Irish is always a big plus !
